Over the last few days, I have been thinking about removing my blog. I have only blogged a few times this year. Other times I have started a blog post, only to have to save it as a draft. I had the intentions of coming back and finishing them; just didn't.
The other night I received an email regarding a digital scrap layout that I created in December 2006. I kinda remembered the layout she was referring to, but I had to search the archives. As I scrolled through old posts, I paused, remembering past experiences and how far we had come in the past 8 years. As I read the posts, it was like seeing the blog with new eyes. I was excited and decided that deleting the blog was a bad idea. At the end of the email, she thanked me for my witness. That was encouraging too; I havent felt like much a good witness lately, but I will keep going.
Thank you Ms. Westman, God was able to use your email to encourage me at just the right time to keep blogging.
If anyone that reads this post feels like quitting or giving up on something that seems to be of little or no value, please don't.
Keep going. . .
