{Last Few Weeks}

The last few weeks around our home have been quiet. Marc has been dealing with allergies that have left him a little out of commission.
As for me, besides working & trying to care for Marc - I have been reading a few books.

"Heaven is For Real" by Todd Burpo with Lynn Vincent {The story is about a toddler's visit to heaven and back}. I'm about 1/2 finished. I am enjoying reading this book.

"The Help" by Kathryn Stockett. Haven't started this one yet. Borrowed it from a co-worker. My goal is to have it finished before we see the movie. (I think the movie will be released in August.)

"Someday" by Karen Kingsbury. About 1/2 way through this one. Stopped reading this momentarily to read Heaven is for Real.

Movies - seen any good movies lately? We've watched a few on Netflix streaming. Starting with the documentary "America, the History of Us". This is an EXCELLENT series on American History.

Martial Arts - Marc really LIKES martial arts movies.I'm not a fan. So when he selected the movie, "Ip Man", I was not interested. But, as the movie kept going, I became more & more interested.  A 1000 times better than I thought.

Donnie Yen is a BADD man...
